This is for a beautiful porcelain bell by Gorham that features a painting by Norman Rockwell of Tavern Sign Painter.  It is a 1976 Limited Edition Bell.  This one is #11799 of 18,500.  The bell is made of porcelain and the handle is a dark wood.  It measures about 9" tall and is 4-1/4" in diameter across the opening.  All is in very good condition without chips, cracks or breaks.
