This handpainted  character sugar bowl measures 2 3/4 inches in height. Made by Beswick and is the  Charles Dicken's character  "Tony Weller" model 673, 

Condition Some light crazing [which these early Beswick jugs are prone to] otherwise very fine condition with no chips,cracks or repairs
