Your satisfaction is of utmost importance to us. If you are not 100% satisfied for any reason, we are happy to accept the returned item and will credit your account the full amount.  We include our email and phone number in every package so you can easily get in touch with us. 

We are proud to offer 1 business day handling time for all of our auctions.  (Unless you don’t give us the information in time.)  They will be sent out First Class and usually arrive quite quickly according to folks leaving us feedback. 

We also combine shipping for multiple sales as is stated in the shipping information for each individual auction.

We do ship internationally.  Please note:

This item will be sent out by USPS First Class International Mail.

This rate is much less expensive than Priority International, but it does take longer to reach its destination.  We have found that it sometimes is delivered within just a few days, but at other times, it sometimes takes 2 to 4 weeks.  Please allow sufficient delivery time.  Also, First Class Shipping does not track the package to its destination to most countries.  It only shows how far it goes in the USA, and we will be able to tell that it has left the USA.  We can also ship USPS Priority or USPS Express International upon request, but the actual cost of that type of shipping to most places is approx. $25 for small items that fit into an international flat rate envelope, but it can be more than $25, depending on where you live.  The advantage, though, is that you do get a tracking number that can be traced all the way to your destination.  You can look on the usps.com website to find out the approximate cost from US Zip Code 98524.  Feel free to contact me to find out for you if you would like.  Please do this before bidding or buying as it will save both of us lots of time and energy!  Thank you very much.
