We have used Neutrik connectors NP3X Jack, NC3MXX 3 pin XLR and Van Damme balanced cable in the assembly which are some of the best names in the industry when it comes to audio.
We also use 4 percent silver solder which gives a harder solder joint and is shinny just as a solder joint should look, this can be an issue with lead free solders we have found over 30 plus years working in the industry.
This lead is also known as 'TRS to male XLR' or '3 pole jack to male XLR' all the terms are the same.
Connections are made between the connectors on:
Pin 2 XLR - Tip Jack (Hot)
Pin 3 XLR - Ring Jack (Cold)
Pin 1 XLR - Sleeve Jack (Screen)
