Q. Will this work on my Treadmill? 

A. Most likely, our lube works on over 99% of treadmill in the industry. Q. Where do you put the Lube? 

A. Underneath the walking belt. Our kit comes with detailed instructions of how to properly lubricate your treadmill 

Q. How often do I need to lubricate my treadmill? 

A. We recommend every 150 miles or 3 months, whichever comes first. Almost all treadmill manufactures recommend this rule for lubricating but you can also look in your treadmill owners manual to find the exact amount of time for your treadmill
