It is in great condition, 5 1/4" x 4 1/4", 40 pages complete and intact. This is in excellent condition with no rips, tears or writing. This catalog is in perfect condition except that there is a small water stain on the front cover which carries over onto the 1st page. As shown ib the pictures.
