We offer real chocolate, perfect for fondue and fountains, however I always add a few drops of oil while melting the chocolate in a fountain, making it easier to control it's consistency for your liking and making it more shiny. Also it's very easy to color white chocolate to match color scheme of your occasion. Simply, slowly add drops of any oil-based food coloring till you get desired color!
