Choose a strength and length from 0.5 to 46 metres. Bands are cut from a roll and are approximately 13cm wide, they come in straight lengths.
The resistance bands strength is graded by colour:
Yellow- Extra Light: choose for a light resistance. An ideal starter band. Work on endurance and flexibility.
Red- Light: Ideal progression from yellow.
Green - Medium: For strength and endurance training zone.
Blue - Heavy: For strength training
Black - Extra Heavy: This is the maximum strength band
To help you decide on the strength you are looking for we will send you through a set of sample off cut pieces for £2.28 (approx 2") (UK) including postage. Simply choose sample from both of the drop down menus.
We provide our customers with a 0.5m length option, however, please be advised this length will limit the exercises available to you, a longer length is recommended to enable a more diverse work out.
The resistance band is an excellent low cost and versatile fitness accessory. Available in 5 coloured resistances ranging from the yellow starting resistance through to the more challenging black band. Selection of the correct band depends upon your individual physical ability. Start with a low resistance band and build gradually over time.
Resistance bands are excellent for helping in rehabilitation, yoga and resistance training. Resistance bands are used extensively by physiotherapists to help in rehabilitation, improve range of movement and improve co-ordination.
Resistance bands do not take up much space, enabling you to exercise anytime when on the move and provide a value for money option to exercise at home or wherever you are.
Rolyan resistance bands are supplied in resealable, reusable plastic bags which will help to prolong the life of your resistance band. Look after it correctly and it will have a long life.

· Improper or careless use of this product might result in serious injury. Cuts or nicks induced in the material through careless handling, storage, or cleaning might cause the band to break suddenly during exercise, we recommend that protective eye wear is worn.
· Only use Rolyan Band upon recommendations and under direction of a trained, healthcare professional or appropriate person.
· Do not use Rolyan Band in any way which may cause the band to snap towards the head or eyes.
· Inspect the Rolyan Band thoroughly for any signs of damage or deterioration before EVERY use.
· If there are any cuts or nicks in the material, DO NOT USE IT - replace with a new length of Rolyan Band.
· Do not use Rolyan Band while wearing rings or other jewellery which might create a cut or nick in the material.
· If exercise involves winding the band around your foot, check your shoes for stones or sharp objects which might create a cut or nick in the material.
· Do not over-stretch the product. Follow the advice of your healthcare professional or appropriate person as instructed.
· If using in chlorinated water thoroughly rinse in tap water after, leave to air dry then dust with talcum powder.
· Rolyan Band is not a toy. Adult supervision is required at all times when children are exercising with Rolyan Band.
Caring for your band:
· Do not store in direct sunlight.
· Do not store at excessive temperatures, such as near heaters or radiators
· Clean the Rolyan Band only with clear water. Do not use any detergents. When the band is dry, talcum powder may be applied if desired.

Placing a Bid:

Returns/Refunds:
You are entitled to cancel your contract before you receive the goods and within 14 days after receipt. To cancel, you must inform us by email to our eBay account
Items are returned at the buyers cost provided the customer has taken reasonable care of the goods before and after cancellation. Customers are requested to return items in original packaging, unused and unopened. Goods will only be refunded once a return has been received and examined by us and all items must be unused, unopened and in saleable condition. Refunds will be made net of the original outgoing postage charges paid at the point of sale.
Collections:
We are a mail order company and as such collections are unfortunately not available.
