The LED Sequencer Kit Designed To Perfectly Fit Moebius Models' 18" Jupiter II
This specially sized and shaped electronic sequencer circuit board is straightforward and easy to use. This sequencer circuit board opens and closes "switches" in a pattern allowing you to:

- Vary LED brightness
- Sequence up to ten LEDs in a row!

This specially sized and shaped electronic sequencer circuit can:
- Stand alone and make a simple set of LEDs blink in sequence.
- Act as a “driving” board for any other LED effects board that you can wire into—such as fedoratron's 4x8 32‑Light Chaser circuit board.

This aftermarket kit is designed for you, the extraordinary builder of Moebius’ 18” Jupiter II model and will make your life easier.
Normally, this is put together just like Fedoratron's Sequenziatore board, sold here on ebay. The IC chips are on the back side of the circuit board and the components are placed on the circuit board, which makes them much easier to work on.
(Important note: The tool holding the circuit board — the helping hands — is not included in this sale. Moebius Models' Jupiter II kit is not inculded in this sale.)
But — ! If you want to make the most efficient use of the space available in the tight confines of the Jupiter II flight deck — you might want to put all the components on the same side as the IC chips. This is easily done. You just have to take care to orient those components that have a polarity, the same way as on the copper circuit side. One other small modification is needed: drill holes in the circuit board where the adjustable potentiometers are. This way, you can still get to the little adjustment slots with a tiny screwdriver.
The heart of this board has enough capacity so that each LED “channel” can be wired to make several LEDs blink for each sequence “step”—with LEDs wired in series or series/parallel arrays. You can extend and place the LEDs almost anywhere that’s needed for your project or make use of fiber optics attached to each LED and have a myriad of pin-point light effects.
You can run fiber optic from any LED to anywhere a single light is needed. By picking LEDs that are several "steps" apart, you can have the appearance of different blink rates next to each other or all over the ship!
If you have filled up your J2's lower deck and want the superior Sequenziatore control over blink speed and brightness — use this J2 wall-shaped Sequenziatore!
The Sequenziatore Circuit Board is compact, 2" x 3.5" by about 1/16" thick, depending on how you assemble the components.

- illustrated instructions, which will amuse the experienced electronics person or help the beginner

What You Should Know
Some experience at soldering electronics will be helpful—but this kit can be done by a modeler who is just learning to solder. We recommend a fine‑point soldering iron and small diameter solder and a set of "helping hands."
The Sequenziatore custom printed circuit board will need to be drilled to accept the circuit components. You will need a 1/32 drill bit—or more than one, in case one breaks
The Sequenziatore Circuit Board Kit comes with everything you need to wire and power the board but it does not come with any LEDs, power switches, specific battery packs, extra wire for extending the power supply or LEDs and mounting hardware. The uses that this circuit can be put to and places into which it can be fit are too many to provide for and those decisions are best left to you.
