my returns policy allows up to 30-60 days after your item is delivered to cancel and return.
I also offer the option to exchange the item and recommend sending a lock of hair with the return if a colour match is required , alternatively you can send a photo via eBay messages, taken in natural light with no flash for us to find a possible match for you.
If you are returning items which are not faulty they must be returned as sent with all tags still attached and have not been worn even for a short time due to hygiene reasons.
You are responsible for return postage costs (this does not affect your statutory rights). Jan's Hair reserves the right to send back the item if not returned within the time frame allocated or if item is seen to be used.
Please do NOT brush any synthetic hair as this will damage the fibre, instead use an afro comb or just run your fingers through it this will ensure a longer life for your hair product
I will always replace or exchange if the colour size or style is not as expected, If you want to exchange please message me through ebay messages NOT through returns as eBay now automatically agree returns and it doesnt then allow for exchanges or replacements to be arranged. If the colour is wrong i would ask that a lock of hair be sent with the return so i can best match for you within my extensive range of products and send replacement on return Thank you for your continued support
