We offer 30 days return for our customers, returns will be dealt within 24hours (working days only) of receiving the package. Customers will be notified via email once the return/exchange has been processed. Please beware that due to health and safety measures, we will NOT accept any used/worn or tempered product.
 
For manufacturer faulty items return, we will pay for everything when it is return, customer does not need to pay anything.

For non manufacturer faulty items return(such as ordered wrong colour, wrong style,etc), customer only needs to send it back, and we will arrange the exchange or refund upon receiving the return item.

 

Shipping Terms

The product you ordered will be shipped according to your paypal address within 24 hours. Please make sure your address is correct.

To USA, the parcel will be shipped via E-packet (with USPS tracking number), which needs 7-15 business days for delivery.

To EU, New Zealand, Canada, Australia, Middle East, the parcel will be shipped via China Post Air Mail, which needs 15-25 business days for the delivery.

If you need item urgently, it will be recommended that you purchase it locally instead.
