International Shipping: Please contact seller for a shipping quote prior to purchase. Please note that the customer is responsible for any duties, taxes or fees associated with international shipments.

Return Policy:

Damaged Items: All of our items are carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery. However, if something should arrive damaged, please contact us within 5 days of receiving the merchandise and we will issue credit or send replacements. Please note we may request a picture to verify the damage claim. No claims will be accepted after 5 days.

Returns: We are confident that you will be pleased with your purchase from us. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us for a Return Authorization Code (RAC) and instructions. Please return the merchandise within 14 days of receipt. We will refund your payment minus any shipping & handling charges and a 10% restocking fee. Items must be returned in original condition, unopened and in original packaging  We will not accept any unauthorized returns or packages not marked with the RAC.

Please note that the cost of shipping is non-refundable (no exceptions) and the buyer is responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us.
