to return the item back to us after receipt to request a refund or

packaging can be accepted for refund or exchange for hygiene reasons.Please
check the colour and length before removing your item from its packaging.
The postage will be deducted from the refund amount, unless the item is faulty, damaged, or detective on receipt. The buyer is responsible for the postage cost when returning an item. Using a tracking service is recommended to ensure that the item is not lost.We will not take any responsibility for items that do not reach us. The refund will be made within 7 days after we receive the item from the customer.
