Payment
We accept credit and debit card orders by phone, credit, debit and cash over our trade counter and Paypal with no surcharge. All prices include VAT @ 20% and are shipped with a VAT invoice. Please call us on (0114) 2-706-700 to make payments by telephone. |

Delivery
Some of our delivery services require a signature depending on the order value. We aim to ship your goods within two working days although most orders placed and paid before 2pm are shipped the same day. Please note free shipping is by the most economical method, if we use 'Hermes 48 Drop Off' the delivery takes 3 working days not 2. Working days are classed as Monday to Friday only. For customers using standard Royal Mail delivery services please allow 7 days before reporting items as overdue. |

Warranty
All items sold are supplied with a full manufacturers warranty of at least twelve months when used in accordance with manufacturers instructions. Should a product fail within the warranty period it should be returned at the owners cost for repair or replacement. All repair/seal kits are both owner installed & classed as wear parts and thus excluded from any manufacturers warranty or guarantee. |

Returns
Items received as faulty must be reported by email within 48 hours, goods being returned must be done so by a signed for service. Only items unused and in the original packaging will be accepted for return. |
