 Orders received before 12pm will be delivered the following day with the exception of orders placed after 12pm Thursday (delivery will be Monday) and bank holidays (delivery will be Tuesday for orders placed after 12pm the preceding Thursday and before 12pm the preceding Friday.  Orders received after 12pm on Friday before a Bank Holiday Monday won't be delivered until the following Wednesday)

Delighted with my first order. Was fed up with logs which didn’t burn properly. These burn extremely well so the stove heats up more quickly and it is much better for the chimney liner. I'm glad I found Reservoir Logs on the web. I Like the whole movie connection but more importantly the logs are great. I was burning softwood for a while that must not have been as dry as your silver birch hardwood. There is no comparison. My Dunsley Yorkshire stove is back to its best now. Thanks for delivering to log store too. I'll be ordering from you again.
