Genie Pulley Clips are ideal for rigs that require a clip down snood that is longer than the main body. Placed high on the rig, the snood feeds up and over the pulley clip and down again to the bait. Designed to ensure the line is released everytime! Based on the Genie SRT Spring, this pulley clip holds the snood line in place under tension against the bait clip. SRT Springs

A simple fact with clip down rigs where the snood line is usally a lower breaking strain than the rig body, is that the snood stretches considerably more during the cast! In consequence, after a few casts the snood will be too long to clip down and the rig will no longer function. To prevent this, the Genie SRT Spring compresses during the cast, reducing the strech in the line and so helping to maintain the snoods original length, cast after cast. The SRT Spring also keeps the hook under optimum tension in the bait clip during the cast and gives dynamic release!

Genie Breakers

When the sea bed is strewn with rocks, debris (and lost tackle!) and there is a good chance that your sinker will not be able to release, so you could lose your sinker, rig and possibly one heck of a catch! The Solution is to include a weak point in your rig, and if the sinker gets stuck you control where the line will snap, so you only loose the sinker and not the rig! The Genie Breaker has been designed to meet these needs, with safety foremost (the last thing you want is for the sinker to release whilst casting!) and dependably releasing everytime. The stainless steel hinged body holds the weight securely in place by means of the trigger button, which then releases the swinging arm on impact with the sea. Then the sinker and rig are joined only by the weaker line (the weak link).

Genie Mini Link Clips (Snood Clip)

These clips have been designed to be used on the snood, in order to make the snood removable and replaceable. The idea being that when a rig has snoods that are detachable, instead of using a different rig when only a minor adjustment is needed, the angler can simply remove (unclip) the snood from the rig body and attach (clip) another in it's place to suit the situation (i.e. larger/smaller hooks or a pennel). Also using and storing these rigs is far easier, without having to untangle hook lengths (snoods) from the main body of the rig.

Neoprene Rig Tubing

This is the 'heavy duty' rig tubing in the range, ideal for high resistance sliding stop knots.

We use this tubing mainly for placing over sinker grip wires to give better resistance in sand, but for rig making, it falls into the category of 'miscellaneous applications', including snood stand off's.

The main use for 1mm silicone is sliding stop knots on a snood line, a moveable bait stop for instance.

Genie Baiting Needles

There are four different size baiting needles in the Gemini baiting needle range to cover all types and sizes of bait. They're made from hardened marine grade stainless steel, which prevents corrosion and helps to reduce bending while you're baiting up. The rounded design of the needle point is less inclined to pierce the sides of the worm whilst being threaded.

Disgorger

Being able to remove a hook quickly and safely from a fish is a necessary skill, much admired by anglers when expertly executed. With a Gemini Disgorger and a little practice, you should be able to de-hook in a few seconds with minimal trauma to the fish.
