PRODUCT INFORMATION

HIGH HEAT OUTPUT DESIGN: Prorad Single Panel T11, Double Panel T21 and Double Convector Type 22 central heating compact radiators are a high heat output design which is one of the industry’s top heat output radiators. This means that this radiator gives more heat out to your room compared to some competitors equivalent sized radiators. Which means you can be assured that your room will heat up the way it should and ensure no more cold winter evenings. The radiators are finished off with side panels and top grill to give the radiator clean lines and a modern look which means it is one of the best looking panel radiators on the market today

HIGH QUALITY POWDER COAT FINISH: Prorad radiators are painted in a tough white RAL9016 powder coated finish which means they are resistant to scuffs and bangs and can be easily wiped clean. The central heating radiators have a 3 coat paint process to give a industry leading rust resistant finish. First, they are pre-treated using Iron phosphate then an electro coat undercoat is applied followed by a powder paint top coat. This all ensures maximum corrosion resistance which is backed up with manufacturers 10 year guarantee

NO HIDDEN EXTRAS. All our radiators are supplied with everything you need to fit the radiator to the wall. it comes with wall brackets, wall fixing screws and wall plugs, blanking plug and air vent.

Deliveries will be sent using a trackable parcel carrier where possible. The stated postage or delivery charge covers Mainland UK except the post codes AB, IV, HS, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH17-26, PH30-44, PH49-50, ZE, BT, Northern Ireland. For deliveries to these post codes, the Channel Islands, Isle of Man and Scottish Islands please contact us for a delivery quote. On rare occasions whereby an attempted delivery fails and the courier returns the items to us, a re-delivery fee of £10 will apply which must be paid before we re-send your order. Please ensure you supply a contact telephone number so the carrier can contact you in the event of any delivery issue or query. Some smaller items may be sent using Royal Mail which will not require a signature. These items can be sent to all standard UK post codes including Northern Ireland. Please contact us if you have any questions. We strongly advise you do not book any installers or engage in preparatory work until full receipt of your goods.
Please note We will only deliver to the address on the order and couriered goods will not be left without a signature. From the time of receipted delivery of the goods, any loss or damage shall be your responsibility.
Payment should be made in full at the time of buying. Items will only be despatched once full payment has cleared into our account. Payment should be made by PayPal and will be covered by the appropriate buyer protection. PayPal payments can be made from your PayPal balance, any UK credit or debit card or UK bank account and are subject to PayPal’s terms and conditions. Any refunds issued will be made only via the same funding method as the initial payment, which includes the same PayPal account.
Damages
Please ensure you check all goods for any damage at the point of receipt and before signing for them. If the product is damaged, do not accept delivery. Any claim of transit damages after the package has been signed for will not be accepted. Goods signed for as “goods not checked” will also not be accepted. If you find the product damaged when the carrier is trying to deliver, inform us immediately and we will arrange a replacement.

Returns
If you’d like to return your order for any reason, please contact us by within 30 days of delivery. The goods must be returned in their original condition with undamaged packaging, be in resaleable condition must not have been fitted. When returning an item for a refund or an exchange all returns are the responsibility of the buyer including the cost of return delivery to our warehouse. Please note that some products must be transported by pallet (including specialist upright pallet); if your order is delivered on a pallet we recommend that you retain it along with any packaging until you are completely satisfied – we can provide replacement pallets for returns at additional cost. We strongly suggest you return the item using a trackable and insured means. We are unable to refund the original delivery charge for items returned to us in this way. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we will replace it free of charge.
