Ancol Couples & Single Bungee or Steel Shock Absorber

These high quality Ancol Couples will allow you to walk two dogs on one lead or if you just need an extension or a shock absorber to ease the strain with a dog that pulls then either the Single Bungee or the Steel Spring Shock Absorber will help.

The Chain Couple has two chains attached to a single metal ring measuring 20cm long each with a 6cm trigger hook on the end of each one. The chain links are welded and 8mm wide and is rated for two dogs up to 50kg each.

The Bungee Couple has two bungee cords measuring 30cm long each (unstretched) with a 7cm trigger hook on each end.  The bungee cords are 10mm wide and will stretch a further 10cm to take some of the strain when your dogs pull and is rated for two dogs of up to 50kg each.

The Nylon Couple has two nylon strips of webbing measuring 23cm long each and 19mm wide with a 7cm trigger hook on each end to attach to your dogs harness or collar. The two strips are joined with a metal ring and rated for two dogs up to 50kg each.

The Single Bungee will reduce shock and stress on the elbows, back and shoulders and is 30cm long unstretched going up to about a maximum of 42cm stretched and is rated for dogs up to 50kg.

The Steel Spring Shock Absorber is suitable for dogs up to 50kg and is designed to reduce the strain of dogs pulling on the lead. It measures 20cm long and 3.5cm wide including the trigger hook.

RETURNS- We are happy to accept returns or exchange items if you need a different size or colour - as long as the following conditions are met.  

• You must inform us that you want to return the item no more than 30 days after receiving your item

• Ensure you send either the original invoice or a returns slip as this is required to process an exchange or refund.

• The item must be returned in its original packing, undamaged, bent or marked 

• If returning a dog harness/coat please ensure they are clean and dog hair free

We understand that customers may want to try items on their pets to ensure they fit, this is fine, but please do not remove tags until you are sure you are happy with your purchase.  

Items MUST be returned in perfect unused & re-saleable condition

If goods are found to be returned used, misused or damaged, we reserve the right to issue you a partial refund.  If a parcel is returned to us undelivered because of failure to collect or rearrange delivery with the post office, a re-delivery charge to the customer will be required before we can resend the item.

The buyer is responsible for ensuring that the item is returned to us.  We do not accept responsibility for returned items lost in the post, so please ensure that your item is sent via a tracked service ensuring that the item is returned safely.  Postage is non-refundable, we don't pay for return postage if item is being returned for an exchange or because you have decided you no longer wish to keep the item.
