Unique package has eight rows of pins and gold caps on both sides. In perfect condition for collection and display.  
Gold caps, purple ceramic with gold pins. Some carry the ATT mark as shown and some are simply labeled as WE.
Made around the time AT&T was declared a monopoly and split up.

They are very nice collectibles and not many of them around anymore.
