WE'VE BEEN ASKED IF WE SHIP TO CANADA  -  Yes !  We've shipped to Canada, Australia, and other locations outside the continental U.S.

Our export shipping costs range from approximately $21 for Canada, and, for example, $25 to Australia.

Per-Item shipping cost can be significantly reduced for quantity orders, i.e. up to six tools can be mailed in a single package to Australia for the same $25 that it costs us to mail a single item. 

Due to the high cost of shipping outside the U.S., and in an effort to provide our customers with the lowest possible overall cost, we offer the following options for shipping multiple items purchased on a single order :
1) -  Pay "Buy It Now" total shipping cost as calculated by ebay and we will enclose a cash refund for excess shipping costs along with your order (we only charge what it costs us to ship), OR:
2) -  Contact us PRIOR to ordering - the lowest-cost shipping to your location will be calculated and total amount INVOICED via Paypal

NOTICE !!   Out of over 10,000 of these tools now in use, three people have claimed the item "didn't work" or was "defective". THAT IS NOT POSSIBLE IF THE TOOL IS BEING USED AS INTENDED. Each tool is assembled and tested (by me) before it leaves our shop.  If you cannot figure out how to use a tool which has only two moving parts, or do not intend to use the tool in the manner for which it was designed, please do not buy it.

This tool carries a guarantee to perform as advertised and has excellent feedback ratings, however, due to abuse of the Ebay return process by some buyers who decided they didn't want it and claimed that the tool was "defective" merely to avoid paying the return shipping costs, any return requests which only state that the tool is "defective" or "does not work" will NOT be honored unless the buyer pays the return shipping.
To help us keep the price of this unique tool as low as possible, the following policy applies to all sales:
The buyer must pay return shipping for ANY tool which is returned for ANY reason. HOWEVER, upon receipt of any returned tool, if we determine there is any problem with the tool itself, the Buyer's initial purchase cost AND shipping costs (both ways) will be refunded PLUS a new replacement tool will be sent free of charge.
