International Buyers

Your charge from Suspension Parts Warehouse includes only the cost of your item(s) and the cost of shipping, and you will be responsible for paying any additional brokerage fees (if any), import duties and taxes at the time of delivery prior to your package being released to you. Please note that we have no control over these charges nor can we predict accurately what they may be. APO/FPO Addresses and US Protectorates/Territories:

We ship to APO/FPO addresses via US Postal Service Priority Mail. We can ship nearly all items to you, although some restrictions do apply. Delivery time varies widely from 5-30 days; although most items arrive in less than 2 weeks. Delivery confirmation is not currently available

 

Return Policy

We will issue an exchange if your item is received defective or the incorrect item was shipped. If we do not have the correct part in stock we will credit you back the amount of the part not including any shipping fees. No returns will be accepted after 14 days.

 

Sales Tax:

We are required to collect 7.00% sales tax for shipments made within Florida.
