If you have a problem with your order you must contact us either by telephone or through the eBay email facility. If you have a suspected faulty disc you must speak to a member of our I.T department. Our I.T department usually solve 99% of the common problems that customers have when operating our discs. If the I.T department deem the product faulty then they can organise a refund, replacement or an online version of our product to be sent - DO NOT RETURN THE PRODUCT TO US. We have this procedure in place to make it quick and easy for us to resolve any issues our customers may have. 

Please note that we only accept payment through PayPal. Postage is FREE. Please note LDC will not issue refunds unless the product is deemed faulty, no refunds will be issued if the product is bought in error after dispatch. Buyers are responsible for return postage. LDC offer a free postage option to all of our buyers, however if you return a product to us that is not faulty or because you have simply changed your mind we will not reimburse the original postage cost to us.
