Silvia Pro X is a single group espresso machine with dual boiler technology designed for the home. The Silvia Pro X offers the performance, reliability and thermal stability of Rancilio’s professional espresso machines, and carries over the ease of use and iconic design of the Silvia.
The Pro X has two internal PIDs for temperature control, a digital display and two boilers for independent management of coffee preparation and steam delivery.
In addition to the pressure gauge to keep the pressure in the coffee boiler under control at all times, there is also the soft infusion, an additional function for extracting all types of coffee in the best possible way.
This machine is the ideal solution to become the experienced home barista.
Product Features and Specifications
Double Boilers with PID's- The
Silvia Pro has two insulated boilers. (300ml coffee boiler and 1 litre
steam boiler). It has two Proportional-Integral-Derivative (PID)
controllers – located in the coffee boiler and the new steam boiler.
This enables the machine to keep the heat consistent and stable,
offering extremely precise temperature stability, shot after shot.
Ample strong Steam- The
1 litre steam boiler delivers high powered steam delivery suitable for
all espresso-based milk beverages. Capable of producing creamy steamed
milk.
Digital Display- This display shows
temperature levels, converts to a shot timer when extracting your
coffee, has a water level alert and a “wake up” function that can switch
on the machine at a pre-set time.
The Silvia Pro X comes with a
double spout group handle (portafilter), 2 IMS filter baskets (8 &
16 gram), professional wooden handled stainless steel 58mm base tamper,
Group head brush, back flushing disc, and coffee scoop.
