UK mainland - We send our items via Parcel Force Couriers, using their Express 24 service. It is normally a next working day service. They can be tracked. This service is free of charge, unless an upgrade has been requested, i.e. before 9.00 etc - these are quoted for on an individual basis.

Items are shipped out working days Monday – Friday only.
It should take approximately 1 to 2 working days to receive your goods.

International shipping will take longer than shipping within the UK. You will be advised of cost and transit times by email.

Payment

We prefer PayPal. It's the quickest, easiest, most secure way to pay. If you can't pay with PayPal please contact us.

Refunds & Returns

If there is a problem, please contact us immediately via eBay - we always resolve any issues that may arise
We gladly accept returns, as long as the item is un-used and still in original packaging, and condition, with all labels attached.
You have 14 days to cancel or return your purchase.
All returns have to be pre-arranged in writing via EBay.
If the items are received without the original packaging there will be a 20% restocking fee.
On receipt of the item, we will refund you for the value of the item, excluding the cost of shipping £5 to cover the original postage costs to get the item to you in the first place.
The purchaser is liable for all postage costs for returns
The purchaser will assume all responsibility for the item being returned to us in good condition otherwise a full refund may not be offered.
If the item is damaged and cannot be re-sold as new, a refund will not be issued.
Your refund will be processed via PayPal, within 7 days of the item arriving back at KT19 8TP.
