The pin measures 1 3/4" across the center.

The back of the pin is silver tone metal.  The face is plastic covered paper.

There is a single back fastener pin.

The face design has a blue background and reads:  "Universal Ship Cancellation Society.  20th National Convention.  San Diego Calif.  1976."

Maker's Marks:  "1975 Wincraft.  Winona Minnesota."

Condition:  Good to Very Good Condition.  Light to moderate signs of natural age and wear.  Moderate tarnish on the back of the pin.
