Sticker Details:

• Label size is 3cm x 1.3cm and one set contains 120 labels
• If you need small size of 4.6cm x 1.8cm, you can visit my eBay store
• The label background were pre-printed by manufacturer, we are unable to change or pick any specific pictures only
• You can apply stickers on the Lunch Box, Mugs, Cups, Books, Stationery, Folders, Container, Ruler, Knife, Name card, computer mouse, CD/DVD disc…etc wherever a name label is required.
• These labels are waterproof and scratch resistant, but they are not heat proof, microwaveable or dishwasher/sterilizer proof. We do not recommend using these labels on baby products such as milk bottle.
• These labels are not suitable for children under 3 years old or below

Important notes to print text:

• We can print several characters as following:
• English
• European charcters
• Hebrew
• Japanese
• Korean
• Chinese
• Others…(Please contact seller if you require to print special characters)
• Please contact us through "eBay message" or "Note to seller" with text for printing on labels (e.g. Line1: Grace Line2: Smith  Line3: F).
• After placing the order, please check your eBay message in the next 48 hours in case we have question when we process your order.
• For small labels – 3cm x 1.3cm, we recommend to print maximum 2 lines, 10 characters per line. 
• For large label – 4cm x 1.8cm, we recommend to print maximum 3 lines, 15 characters per line.
• If you would like to print more text than recommended, we will adjust the font size to fit the text into the labels.  However, the more text, the smaller font size will be. 
• By default, we print labels with Comic Sans MS font (centre align). If you'd like to use other font, please send message to seller and notify the prefer font you want. Any MS Windows font is acceptable. 
• Font Colour: Black Only.  Please double check the spelling and the cases. One name for each set of labels only. We use copy/paste method to print your label, if you provide name with all upper case, we will print all upper case, vice verse.
• Combine postage discount applied if you select more quantities of the same items or placed your different items into the shopping cart and checkout together. If you have any question about combine postage, please contact seller for help.

Shipping

• Your order will be shipped within 3 business day after payment is cleared.
• All labels will post via regular letter post.
• Outside of Australia: Your item will be sent by regular Air Mail.  
• Please feel free to contact us if you don't receive the item after 5 working days within Australia or 15 working days outside Australia

Return & Refund policy:

• Customer satisfaction is the most important to us. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product to us at your expense. We will gladly exchange it or provide you refund.  Returns are ONLY accepted within 30 days from the shipping date.
• If there is typo on the printed text, we will make the correct label and post to you again on free of charge. But if you provided the wrong text for us to print, there will be NO REFUND.
• Shipping cost is not refundable
