Shipping policy 

• Please allow 1-2 business days for packaging and handling. 
• We take all cares but not liable for any losses or delay of shipments.
• Ship in 24 hours is applicable for most cases but in case of short of stocks, shipping days exclude weekends and public holidays.
• If the item is returned to us due to an incorrect/incomplete address provided by the buyer. Additional postage fee will be charged.
• We also do not ship to Post PO BOX for certain items.

Return & Warranty Policy

• Change of mind return:

All products must be returned in original conditions and packaging. All postage and insurance cost is to be paid by the buyer. If an order is cancelled after dispatch, the customer shall be responsible for all warehouse and courier cost incurred in dispatching the item and having it returned to our warehouse. The customer’s payment will be refunded within 30 days, subject only to deduction of merchant transaction fees, any direct dispatching, transport and insurance cost,  incurred in the original dispatch & delivery by the company, upon receipt of the goods and inspection as to their suitability for re-sale.

• Warranty and Return:

Short shipments, dead on arrival and deviation products must be reported within 2 days from the delivery date. The item should be kept in original conditions and box so we can identify the issue. We recommend the customer to check all the parts first before assembling or using the item.  
 
Warning: - In the case of a wooden product that has travelled many miles and passed thru many hands before it gets to you. It could arrive with some minor scratches or scrapes to the wood & bitumen roof. We will not accept returns for these minor imperfections, replacement parts can be offered for damaged parts at our option. Arrival damage must be reported within 2 days from the delivery date. We will ask for a photo clearly showing the damaged part(s) so we can identify them, this must be done before assembling /using the product or modifying it. We don't cover physical damages caused during the assembling process or damages report after the assembling process. If the customer refuses replacement parts, then it is at their cost to return the goods for a refund minus freight charges.
