To qualify for a refund any item/s that you return must include the original gift packaging and be within the 30 day guarantee qualifying period. Please be aware that any refund requests due to damage after this 30 day period will be rejected.
To qualify for a refund within the 30 day period we will require photographic evidence of the damage occured for our records before issuing a refund.
We do not accept returns for earrings due to hygiene, health & safety.
Exchanges
If within our 30 days of payment guarantee you the buyer wish to exchange for another of the same item, you are responsible for all return shipping costs back to us. Once we have received your item/s back and checked that they are in a re-saleable condition with the original gift packaging & tags; we will issue a refund to you for the item/s cost only and you can then pay for the item/s again like a normal order which we will then post out to you.
