There are NO instructions supplied with this product for putting together the different items which require a little assembly.

Mainly onto a pole which can be bought in our E-bay shop under a separate listing.

 

If you do buy then please be sure to buy a long enough pole for your requirement so as not to disappoint, Thx. 
These are a quality pole that do not bend when you exert a little force to do the cleaning.
These poles are also interchangeable with other pool/pond cleaning/maintenance items.

If you are paying via paypal with an "unconfirmed" address, e-cheque, cheque or crossed postal order then goods will not be shipped until money has cleared (approx 5 working days). If you are having ongoing work or being supplied parts or extra equipment after your initial purchase we reserve the right to charge your given card as and when an invoice is raised by our accounts department. Delivery time Once your order is placed we send out a confirmation email. We endeavour to deliver within 7 days unless stated differently either on our website or at time of order. If we are unable to deliver within this time then we will only proceed with your order if you agree to the longer delivery period or do not contact us to confirm otherwise. We will not be responsible for any charges incurred by you as a result of late delivery. No warranty is given by us. In the case of a warranty claim being required we will assist you in any way we can. Item Descriptions All the item descriptions and sizes are checked as accurately as possible and are from original suppliers fact sheets. These may be liable to changes without our knowledge and we will not be held accountable for any costs this may incur. This also may affect their suitability for the purpose you intended the item for.

Returns Policy & Checking your goods.

In accordance with the E.U Distance Selling Directive, you are entitled to cancel your order at anytime within 7 days of receiving your goods. The cancellation period ends on the expiry of the period of 7 working days beginning with the day after the day on which the you received the goods. If you wish to cancel an order under these terms, first contact us and then return your products opened carefullyand un-used within 7 days of receiving your parcel.

You agree to open all boxes carefully and thoroughly check the goods for damage on the day of delivery and notify us of any damage within 2 days of the delivery. If we are not notified of damage within 2 days we may be unable to claim from the carrier. You agree to indemnify us in full for any losses we suffer as a result of your failure to notify us within 2 days.

The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 / Returns Since 31 October 2000 UK consumers now have the right to cancel their order within a "cooling off period" which lasts 7 working days from the day after taking delivery.

Cancellation must either be in the form of facsimile, email and sent to our address as listed on the contact page of this site. If you cancel your order under these provisions then you will be responsible for returning the goods to us in good condition or alternatively you will be responsible for our costs in recovering the goods. You must make sure the goods remain undamaged and unused and in a re-saleable as new condition. The delivery of the goods to you is a separate contract for services and is not covered by the cooling off period, therefore any refund made will not include the true cost (not the advertised cost) of the delivery of the goods we incurred in order to supply such goods.
