Goods are shipped to the United Kingdom and most countries worldwide. We use DPD, UKMail and Royal Mail for deliveries to Mainland UK and other couriers for the rest of the world
some items have Surcharges for N.Ireland and Channel Islands. Please contact us if you have any queries on surcharges before purchasing the item as your item will not be shipped if a surcharge occurs.
Products which are sent via courier for next day or 48 hour delivery, we will NOT ship to N.Ireland and any other off shore destinations.
1) We only ship to the address on PayPal. If you require a specific address to ship the order to, please make sure that you enter this in the PayPal confirmation before confirming payment. We will not ship to any other address under any circumstances
2) once you place an order; you are binding into a legal contract. So do not buy or bid unless you intend to complete the purchase.
3) We will pursue all unpaid items for all charges and fees after 4 days of payment not being received.
4) Although we ship very fast we do not guarantee a specific date or day for delivery as that is in the hands of the Royal Mail or the delivery companies used.
5) Special delivery can be arranged for an additional cost and must be paid for at the time of purchase.
6) There is no special Delivery service or courier service on Saturdays, Sundays or Bank Holidays

We take great care packaging every item to ensure safe shipment to you. We charge a postage fee only to cover our costs of materials and labour. Once your order has been processed and we have received cleared payment, your item will be dispatched as soon as possible.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
Please make sure someone is home to sign for the parcel. Two delivery attempts will be made by the courier. If delivery is unsuccessful and the item is returned to us then a REDELIVERY charge will be applicable.
You have the right to return your order within 7 working days from date of delivery for credit or refund less any applicable delivery charges. A 25% restocking fee will be applied on some instances.
If you have incorrectly ordered an item or an item which does not fit your car (prior to checking with us first) or simply just changed your mind there will be up to a 25% restocking fee on all returns.
Special Order item cannot be returned.
It is your responsibility to return any such items in a pristine 100% as new saleable condition in their original box and new packaging.
You will be 100% responsible for the return of the goods and any associated costs of return.
Goods received back incomplete, damaged or in any condition other than saleable, will be returned to you and the cost of return carriage charged to your account or up to 75% restocking fee will be applied.
Prior to returning any products, please contact us within 7 days from the date of delivery. If you do not return goods within 7 days after you have received the delivery, your right to cancel will be revoked.
The cancellation must be put into writing and received within the 7-day period. Any Faulty items have to be returned to us and the carriage paid by yourself. We will pay for the item to be returned to you.
Manufacturer's warranty: Beyond this 7 day period, you are covered under the manufacturer's warranty which is typically 1 year. If your product becomes faulty during this period, you should contact our eSupport 'Help Desk’, via the eBay contact system.

Any items are returned at your own risk. We strongly advise you to take care when returning items to us for example, by ensuring the goods are correctly addressed &adequately packaged. Items that arrive back damaged or destroyed as a result of poor packaging will not be accepted. These items will be resent to the customer at the customer's expense
