1) Remove charms before going to a shower

Remember that jewelry must not be exposed to chlorine or salt water
as this will dull the appearance
Try to prevent your cultured freshwater pearls from being exposed to water and cleaning agents
Cultured freshwater pearls must only be cleaned with a soft brush or a cloth
2) Cleaning Your Charms/Bracelets
To clean your jewelry
pour a small quantity of mild soap into some lukewarm water and use a small
soft toothbrush Toothbrushes are ideal for cleaning jewelry with patterns
which can otherwise be difficult to clean
If the dirt is hard to remove soak the jewelry in clean water
However remember that this cleaning method should not be used to clean jewelry with cultured freshwater pearls
A silver-polishing cloth is a great tool to make your silver jewelry shine again if the pieces have become dull However it will not remove scratches
