- Small items will be sent by Royal Mail 2nd or 1st Class

Orders paid before 8 am will be sent the same working day.

- Large and combined items will be sent by Hermes

- "24h" Delivery option is carried by Parcelforce 

- For "24h" deliveries: Orders paid before 8 am will be send the same working day.

- We are not responsible for the couriers delays and missed collection. 

- Upgrade to the 24h delivery is not refundable. 

Return are accepted within 30 days. If you have changed your mind about the order you will be required to cover the return postage cost. We will not accept returns if the item is not properly packed and damaged in transport.

Lost items

Royal Mail treads parcel as loss after 10 working days of delivery day, any dispute of loss item will be resolved after this period has passed, with signed P91 form from Royal Mail.
