·         Payments and Returns

·         PAYMENTS: We accept PayPal only. Auction winner must pay within 7 days otherwise item will be re-listed. We guarantee all item will ship within 1-3 business days after payment is clear. By bidding, you are enter a bidding contract with Super168h11. Failure to make a payment item will be report to eBay as unpaid.

·         RETURNS: Returns are only accepted if you contact Super168h11 within 5 days of receiving your order. Super168h11 only accept returns of wrong sent item or defective/damaged item. Buyers must contact Super168h11 in advance and notified the problem. If buyers decide to ship the item back without prior consent, the item will become property of the seller, and no refund or exchange will be made. We only accept all returns are to be in their original unopened packages. Buyer will be responsible for all returns shipping cost.

·         DEFECTIVE/DAMAGED ITEMS: Please contact us immediately via email and we will respond within 24 hours to assist your purchase.

·         WRONG ITEM RECEIVED: We are very sorry if this happens and will gladly exchange the item for the correct one if it is in stock. Please contact us within 5 days for return instructions. (We will issue a UPS return label via email for return).

·         Shipping

·         Shipping applies to 50 states.

·         COMBINED SHIPPING: Combine shipping will applies when one or more items are won/purchased. Regular shipping cost will applies to the 1st item, half price off on the 2nd item thereafter (whichever is higher).

·         INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: All shipments will be ship via US Postal Service (approx. 10-14 business days). Import duties and taxes are not included in the final price of the item. Buyers are responsible for paying the imported duties and tax of their respected countries. Combine shipping will applies when one or more items are won/purchased.
