The Encyclopaedia of Religion and Ethics is a 12-volume work (plus an index volume) edited by James Hastings, written between 1908 and 1927 and composed of entries by many contributors. It covers not only religious matters but thousands of ancillary topics as well, including folklore, myth, ritual, anthropology, psychology, etc.

All these titles are long out of print, and have been scanned by various organisations around the globe. All these books are scans of the original books from Library collections (and 100 years old), therefore, you might get marks, scratches, some text written on it (usually pencil), all sort of things which were done to the books by the Public in the library during the last 100 years. 99% of the pages & illustrations/drawings are intact.

You will need a PDF reader like Adobe Reader.

These are not paper-white copies of e-books, these titles are 100 years old, and these pdf’s are scans of the original books.

Postage & Packaging Policy

All items usually ship within two days of cleared payment, Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and major Bank holidays.

All UK parcels are shipped via Royal Mail 1st Class.

European & Overseas orders are shipped via Royal Mail - Airmail, tracking is not available at low postage price (if you are interested in tracked delivery please let us know via eBay messaging service).
