Postage is FREE, for all UK and most INTERNATIONAL orders.
Unfortunately due to the number of postal delays / losses there a few countries where we have to send all orders tracked and/or signed for, in these cases a charge of £5.99 will be made to cover the additional postage charge. Currently this only applies to some South America countries.
All Uk orders for £15 or more will be upgraded FREE of charge to Tracked 48 services.

ITEM CONDITION
All of our used Skylanders are fully tested before re-sale. Most Skylanders will be like new but some may show very minor paint imperfections. We have not reset the character levels as most people would prefer to keep them. If you would like the level's reset please let us know when completing the purchase.

POSTAGE & PACKAGING
UK Postage
All of our free post items are sent Royal Mail 48, most will arrive he next day, but it can take up to 4 days in busy periods.
If you need your item in a hurry you can upgrade to 1pm Next Day postage for £7.50, this is a one off cost per delivery, if you are not using the Add to Basket option you may need to ask for an invoice before making payment for the cost to be applied correctly.
International Postage
We offer Combined Postage on all items, order to most countries are sent free of charge, where charge is made this will be for the first item only, all additional items posted at the same time are posted free of charge.
We want your orders to reach you in the condition they left us in, for that reason all items are carefully packaged, figures are sent individually bubble wrapped and in padded envelopes, and all cards and stickers are packaged in card protectors.

RETURNS
If you are not happy with your item, please return it within 60 days. A full refund of your original purchase price will be given, the only cost to you is the return postage.
