- Easy Cartridge Refill knows that when your printer runs out of toner, you need toner quickly. So, if you place your order and pay for it by 3 P.M. Pacific time on any weekday (excluding holidays), we will ship your order the same day.
- Easy Cartridge Refill ships toner refill kits via either U.S.P.S. Priority Mail or U.S.P.S. First Class Mail. All remanufactured toner cartridges are shipped via either U.P.S. Ground or FEDEX Ground. Expedited shipping is also available at an additional cost.
- Easy Cartridge Refill does not process or ship orders during the weekend. (Saturday and Sunday)

- Returns are permitted within 60 days of the delivered date.
