This is a RARE early old pack of TOP Cigarettes that are unopened with the two packs of rolling papers that came with them. Manufactured by RJ REYNOLDS, I am also listing another rare historical Reynolds item tonight! The cellophane has dwindled over the years and now only a scrap is left. The tax label is intact.
