The answer to a frequently asked question is, the heights of the following are:-
Small capitals (item no's. 3&4 ) 9mm
Small numbers (item no's. 15&16) 8mm
The tallest small lower case (k and f, etc.) letters (item no's. 5&6 ) 8mm
The capital letters in the 'Happy Birthday' repeated (items 23 & 24) are 9mm
Large numbers (items 13 & 14) are 18mm
