Please send a message to our eBay account telling us you wish to return an item, we will then send you a message with all the relevant information you will need. Returned items must be returned to us in the original condition with original packaging, suitable for re -sale. There must be a copy of your invoice and a letter requesting a refund or exchange. If the item is faulty please state the issue in your letter. If the returned item is not suitable for re-sale then we do reserve the right to refuse a refund.
