SHIPPING

Most items ship within one business day. Packages are typically shipped USPS Priority Mail or Fedex Ground. Local pickup is not available.


RETURNS / EXCHANGES

Electrical and Gas items are not returnable.

All other items may be returned, unopened within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price. We cannot issue refunds for parts that have been taken from the original packaging, installed, used or that are past the 30 day time frame. Contact us to receive a Return Authorization Number and additional return instructions. We may ask for model and serial number of your appliance during the return process. Refunds do not include any shipping charges unless refund is provided becauase of our error. Refunds are typically issued within 5 business days of receiving item.
