Personalisation - Please add a message to seller at the checkout with your personalisation details, or message via ebay at the time of ordering. Personalisation is available upto 12 letters, and the name must be provided in CAPITAL letters to avoid any confusion.

MAM adapters are required for use with mam dummies, and are fitted free upon request.

As all of my items are handmade to order, which is very time consuming work, I do not have time to message customers requesting personalisation details. If you require a name on your item YOU must contact me within 24 hours of ordering, otherwise I will process your order with standard personalisation (prince/princess/non personalised depending on the item purchased). Please do not message after your order has been dispatched saying you require personalisation, I cannot retrieve items once they are dispatched.

Handmade items are not refundable if you fail to provide personalisation details in time, or provide incorrect details, however I do offer an amendment service should you require the name adding or amending after receipt.

Not suitable for washing due to metal parts, wipe clean with a damp cloth only!

FITTING- feed the loop at the top of the chain through the handle of the dummy, then feed the clip end of the chain through the loop, and gently pull it all the way through until it is secure, just like a slipknot.

Some of the plated/coated beads may lose colour over time, but this does not affect the use of the clip in any way.

PAYMENT should be made within 2 days unless a prior agreement is made. If payment is not received within 2 days a non payment case will automatically be opened.

COMBINED POSTAGE - Please look at my other items, combined postage is available, please add all items to your basket and the ebay checkout will automatically apply any discounts, alternatively you can request a revised invoice, but please do this before paying as refunds cannot be given for postage after payment has been received.

DISPATCH - I aim to make and dispatch your order within the specified timescale (refer to estimated delivery date), but if there is any delay I will inform you as soon as possible. Everything is posted recorded delivery, and I always retain proof of posting to be forwarded to the customer should it be required.

FEEDBACK - I want my customers to be as happy as possible with their purchase, but if for any reason you are not, please contact me prior to leaving feedback and I will do all I can to resolve your issue.

RETURNS - Personalised/handmade to order items are non returnable unless faulty or damaged. The 30 days returns policy refers to faulty, damaged, or incorrect items only. Please contact me before returning any item.

Items being returned must be in the original packaging, and in an unused condition. Once I receive your item(s) back I will refund you the cost of the item(s). Buyer pays return postage.

Pictures are not to scale, and colours may vary slightly due to monitor settings.
