We do endeavour to get items out into the postal system as soon as practically possible. Every item is sent using a signed for service so the delivery is secure. Shipping can be combined to make it more cost effective to purchase multiple items.

OVERSEAS orders:

We are more than happy to accept overseas orders but please do understand that the shipping is more expensive and in some cases the shipping of items can be more than the item itself. We do not control the cost of shipping but we are more than happy to combine shipping costs for you on multiple items. Shipping times on overseas orders does vary and items might be delayed because of security screenings.

RETURNS:

If you wish to return any item please do contact us first so we can authorise the return and give instructions on the return. You as a buyer are responsible for the return and the cost of the return unless the item is defective so we do recommend you return items using a signed for service. Please note personalised items cannot be returned. All returns must be within 14 days.
