Delivery & shipping

Slamtech use a suitable UK royal mail postal service and/or suitable couriers depending on the despatch requirements of a product. Services vary from options such as standard 1st class post, recorded, next day guaranteed delivery et al. Once the order is processed and despatched from our warehouse, it is understood that we have sent it out in good faith using their respective services for onward delivery.

We use various services for which have certain limits on tracking, compensations and delivery guarantees apply. Although we take the utmost care to ensure that the customer receives the order well with in the estimated delivery time, we are unable to guarantee delivery in all events. Items have been known to go astray, be misplaced and even delivered to in-correct UK addresses and/or overseas countries in case of international orders. Claims relating to these eventualities are not entirely the responsibility of Slamtech and such claims needs to be brought to our customer support team with in 14days.

Missing or lost items / compensations:

Compensations on items not delivered or lost in transit are only resent / reimbursed providing the relevant delivery service has been opted for. Normal royal mail service such as 1st class post, recorded delivery is not compensable. 

To ensure compensation, please choose an improved delivery service such as tracked service, special delivery in the UK or similar international services.

Where compensations are applicable, it is at the discretion of company and limited to the cost of the postage and/or delivery price paid. Compensation for the product is not included.

Advice and agreement Slamtech may charge a handling fee from the purchase price.


Terms & Conditions

Changes to address

We can’t guaranty that any emails received requesting a change of address after the order has been processed will be fulfilled. It is the customer’s responsibility to make sure that they provide the correct delivery information when placing an order. However we always strive to attend to matters like this, we as a seller will not be held responsible for items being delivered to the incorrect address as we work of the details we are given on time of placing the order.

Delivery Discrepancies

If you have any concerns about the delivery of your item, these concerns should be addressed to us within 14 calendar days of receiving confirmation of dispatch.

Incorrect or Missing

In case you receive the incorrect item you must contact us within 7 days from the day of receipt. If your order does not arrive within the time specified under the delivery method of your choice, please contact us after the maximum amount of days allowed for the delivery, 7 days for Economy, 2 - 3 days for Express or 1 day for Next Day delivery and we will assist you further.

Returning Items

Customer satisfaction is our top priority, if however you are not completely satisfied with the item you received we offer a 30 day money back guarantee on any items purchased from us, that excludes personal care items such as shavers and trimmers due to personal hygiene reasons.

When returning items, please make sure that it’s in original condition with all manuals and attachments found in the box on the time of receipt.

In line with The Customer Contracts (Information, Cancelation and Additional Charges) Regulations, you can return items to us for inspection, based on our decision if the item can be restocked we will either refund your money, or send the item back if we think that it can’t be restocked .

Faulty Items

Items which develop a fault under 30 days from receipt should be returned to us, any item that develops a fault after 30 days from the date of receipt should be inquired about with the manufacturer of the item that supplies the warranty.

When returning a faulty item, please make sure that the item being returned is complete, with all accessories and manuals included in the box on time of receipt. Any incomplete items will be returned back to you.

Once the item is received, it will be inspected and tested and if indeed faulty a replacement or a refund will be issued. If the item received is found not to be faulty it will be either returned to you at your expense or a refund will be issued and a handling fee or re-stocking fee will be deducted from the refund.

After 30 days returns / warranty

After 30 calendar days from receipt of the item, we are not required to accept any items for refunds or replacements. Any faults after the 30 day period is covered by the manufacturer, and the manufactures should be addressed for replacements or refunds under the warranty by which the item is covered, unless stated otherwise by the manufacturer. We also recommend to register the products with the manufacturer for extended warranties where applicable or compulsary. If customer fails to enrol or register the product purchased with the manufacturer as per the instructions or manuals we would not be held responsible in case of the warranty is forfieted and not honoured.

Products which we are not able to refund or replace

Unless the item is faulty, we are unable to refund or replace items of personal hygiene such a shavers or trimmers if used (unused items still can be returned, additional charges may apply), items with damaged packaging or without original packaging will not be accepted for a refund or a replacement.

Return Instructions

To request a return for the item:

  • Send us an email via eBay message from your order history and make sure the item has been purchased from us only.

You will receive instructions containing an address to which the item has to be returned, in some cases depending on the item a courier collection will have to be arranged this will be discussed with you to arrange a suitable time.

Please make sure that the return address on your parcel is correct as we will not be held responsible for any mistakes made when returning the item. It is also important that you have put in as much as information possible with the return package such as your order number, your contact details along with your postcode. 

If you happen to make a mistake in the return address, it is your responsibility as the customer to locate the item and make sure you return it to us.
