These pickups are from brand new guitars that are parted out.  Sometimes there is an extra screw hole, or slightly different design from different manufacturing plants that Fender uses.

Sometimes even the shade or hue of the color will be slightly different from lot to lot.  The end result will be the same but they may not look exactly like the ones in the photo.
