RETURNS
Our aim is always 100% customer satisfaction.
We are always happy to accept returns as long as the item has not
been worn (except for trying on) and is returned in new condition,
with original packaging, labels & tags. Buyer pays return postage.
Please Note: If you wish to return an item please make sure you contact
us first via ebay or open a return request within 30 days of purchase.
Once we have received and checked the item we will refund you within 24 hours.
RETURN OF FAULTY ITEMS:
In the unlikely event your item is faulty, please email us first through eBay
before wearing and returning. A replacement will be sent in the
first instance once the original has been returned (do not return
anything until you contact us and receive a reply)
If the item is faulty but you want a different size (i.e. an exchange), then
normal return procedures apply, i.e. customer pays for return postage
and then we send out a new size free of charge.
