Payment Policy

• Only PayPal is accepted for payment.
• Immediate Payment required after purchase. If you ordered an item by mistake, please let us know as soon as possible so we can cancel it prior to shipment. An Unpaid Item Case will be opened if payment has not been received within 7 days of the purchase date.

 

Shipping Policy

• Shipping within the 50 United States only. We do not ship Internationally.
• Most orders ship via USPS Priority Mail. Some orders may ship via UPS Ground due to size and weight restrictions. All shipping methods are at our discretion.
• Tracking information will be made available after your products have shipped.
• Although most orders ship within 1 business day, please allow up to 3 business days for shipping. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
• Expedited / Next day shipping is available upon request. Buyer will be responsible for additional costs.

Returns Policy

• You may return any item for any reason within 14 days to receive a full refund. Please contact us before returning your product. Your refund will not be applied without prior notification. Buyer is responsible for return freight.

QUALITY

• Our fasteners are quality inspected and manufactured to all applicable standards and specifications.
• These are not second quality fasteners that were previously rejected or rescued from a scrap yard.
