Payments are accepted from either PAYPAL or CREDIT/DEBIT CARD.

CREDIT/DEBIT card details should be phoned to us  quoting your ebay purchase details between 10am -  4pm Monday -  Friday.  All payments are secure through Worldpay and confirmation email will be sent from Worldpay once payment has been completed for all card payments

2^ND CLASS is not a trackable or insured service. We obtain proof of postage from the post office for ebay purposes but can not track an item once it has been posted, unless a signed for service has been selected

Post Office will not pursue any non delivery until 15 working days from dispatch so this service is only recommended for low value non urgent items 

1^ST CLASS SIGNED FOR requires a signature and provides proof of delivery and usually takes 1-2 working days from dispatch 

SIGNED  is an overseas  signed for service only and shows item dispatch date and time but is not a fully trackable service and only updates once a signature on delivery has been obtained.

TRACKABLE AIRMAIL is a tracked and signed for service and is the recommended postal option for Worldwide locations, however this is  not available for all postal destinations.

ECONOMY AIRMAIL is not trackable or insured once it has been dispatched but we do obtain proof of postage for ebay purposes. Delivery usually takes 1-2 weeks from dispatch depending on delivery country and customs regulations.  USA CANADA and AUSTRALIA can take 2-5 weeks depending on the location for post and if there are any customs issues.

Some locations can take 5-8 weeks for delivery as items are being shipped from UK and may have customs delays or delivery delays for some countries ie Indonesia, Russia, Gambia, Brazil and similar destinations

Overseas customers outside of the European Union are liable for any import duty payable

COMBINED POSTAGE is available on all items If ebay doesn't give an automatic combined postage option please let us know and we can alter the amount prior to you paying for the items.

All items are covered by our 30 DAY RETURN POLICY for exchange or refund (excludes any postage costs) and exchanges may incur a return postage charge.

Items must be returned in their original packaging and with all labels intact and unused

FAULTY/WARRANTY issues may have been to taken up with the suppliers prior to issuing a refund if the items has been worn/used depending on the date of purchase.  Any item found to be faulty must be returned as soon as possible using the returns form provided with the order.  Faulty items can be returned through the ebay returns process which gives return authorisation, however in some instances we will need to see the item being returned to assess any warranty issues.

RETURNS FORMS and contact details will be included with every order and need to be completed so we can process your return quickly.  Please provide as much information as you can to help us deal with your return promptly, please obtain proof of postage from the post office for your own purposes when returning items as we can not be liable for items returned that are lost iunless proof of delivery is available.

RETURNS are usually actioned for exchange or refund within 2-3 days of receipt where possible.   Exchange items are usually dispatched economy 2nd class or Hermes 3-5 day service unless specified otherwise on the return form.  If an exchange is required urgently please put a note on the returns form so we can contact you regarding alternative return postage methods.

NO PAYMENT STRIKE If you are likely to have a delay in payment please let us know as soon as possible, otherwise Ebay will automatically do a no payment strike if items are not paid for within  7 working days from purchase.

If you purchase by mistake please email us as soon as possible to let us know and we can do a mutual order cancellation.
