This unit is covered by a ONE year replacement warranty policy, the customer must FIRST request an RGA (return approval) number, shipping costs must be covered by the customer, AUS Injection will reserve the right to repair the existing unit or replace it with a new one, ONLY if diagnostics proves a manufacturing defect. Every unit is tested prior to being shipped to minimize any possibility of warranty claims. Due to the electromechanical nature of these units, all alleged warranties must be returned for inspection and verification. The unit must NOT show any sign of damage, mishandled or modified.
