About Clearance Wigs: All Clearance wigs are brand new
and most still have the lace fully attached. In a few cases,
the lace has been cut even though the wig is new. They are being marked
down for one of the following reasons; Manufacturer Over stock; it was
(un-worn) returned; it has a defect, in which case the defect will be
listed in the description; it was a mistake color, size, etc., or it has
been my inventory too long and needs to be sold. These wigs
are sold as is and is priced accordingly.
About Pre-Owned Wigs: All Pre-Owned wigs have been washed, re-conditioned,
and repaired if needed by the manufacture, where I buy them from. Most
are in excellent shape and in like new condition. And some may
still have some remnants of glue remaining on the lace. Nonetheless,
I always do a thorough check each pre-owned wig, list any defects I find,
and price them accordingly.
About Stocked Cap Size and Lace Colors: Our stocked Lace colors are Light, Medium, and Dark
Brown. And our stocked cap sizes are Small, Medium, and Large.

About Our Custom Lace Wigs: There is a onetime
$10.00 custom fee charge and we can make any type of wig in any style,
color, or texture that you want. Custom wig colors can take up
to 4 week to make. Silk Top Caps are not stocked and
would need to be custom ordered. Please email me with the
specifics of what you want and I can give you a quote and a time frame of
when we can have if available for you.

mail, please email me.
International Shipping
(Outside the US):
Is shipped by UPS or FedEx
within 3 business days and the cost is $25.00. Shipping time may be
slower for our international customers due to Customs. Shipping price
paid does not cover any additional charges your individual country
may charge as taxes or duties. We have no control over those charges
or delays as a result of customs.
ABOUT RETURNS
AND EXCHANGES:
YES RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
ARE ALLOWED, EXCEPT FOR CLEARANCE AND PRE-OWNE WIGS. You may return a wig for
any reason within 7 DAYS of receiving
it. Please contact us for return instructions. The
wig must be returned in its original condition. It may not
have been worn, brushed, had products applied to them or had
hair/lace cut at all. NO EXCEPTIONS.
