We
aim to dispatch your item within 24 hours of receipt of cleared
payment (excluding weekends and public holidays) with most items being
sent the same day.
Claims for shortages or damage to the goods in transit must be notified by email to us within 3 days of receipt.
Items
sent by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery should arrive the day after
posting but can take longer. Please note that Royal Mail will not
consider an item lost until 15 working days have passed. If an item is
lost in the post a replacement will be sent or refund offered once the
15 days have expired.
If you are not in the United Kingdom you
may have to pay taxes and/or duty on imported goods, this is outside our control
and payment of these charges is your responsibility.
